I have resided in the state of Georgia since 1992 and all the years that I lived here I never had to pay them more than $10 when I get my taxes done. In 2018, that's when I knew exactly how corrupt the state of Georgia and every other government in our country was and I decided I was not giving them any more money to operate.
So out of the clear blue one day I received a letter saying I owed $25,000 for the year of 2018 which to me if you looked at my past record it wouldn't take a rocket scientist to know that that number could not be real since I never owed more than $10 each year. That just showed me another corrupt maneuver the state of Georgia does to people.
They sent me several letters saying I owed the money and I never responded because they really have no dominion over me. One of the letters which I have included on this page was a state of execution against me. Which I would assume would be a hearing in which I was not informed that there was going to be a hearing so there's some more corruption because by common law we should be able to represent ourselves in any court.
The next letter which I did not get a copy of I sent it back with my letter but I have a copy of one of the demands of payment that's on this page as well so you can see I'm not making up their corruption. It was a certified delivery and I had to sign for it. So they finally knew they were reaching the fake DURENDA WOOD because they are using my straw man name to contact me. Because of where we are right now in the battle to take out the deep state which is embedded in every area of the government's probably all the way down to the dog catcher I felt like I needed to respond.
So you will see the cease and desist letter I sent them along with the two supporting documents of why they need to. Today is November 30th of 2023 and as of yet I have not heard back from them and if they followed the demands of cease and desist I will not hear from them. If I do I will come back and do an update with a date in the action that I take.
My Letter To Georgia Department Of Revenue
To Whom It May Concern:
As a citizen of the true United States of the Republic, I am demanding you to cease and desist any further contact with me in the future.
Income tax collection has never been a law and it has always been unconstitutional making it a voluntary action for people. In 2018, I became aware of the involvement of corruption our federal government, state governments, cities, towns and counties participated in and I chose at that time to quit supporting the corruption.
Furthermore the 1871 act by our 41st Congress incorporating the US CORPORATION INC. and giving it headquarters in the District of Columbia which is not inside the United States of America was an act of treason and if you refer to the documents that I have attached to this letter you will see that your corporation that you are fraudulently portraying to be a state government when in those documents it calls your area a district. Impersonating a federal or local government is a felony and has severe punishment.
If you refer to the documents of the 1871 act you will also determine that you are a foreign entity incorporated in the District of Columbia, operating in a foreign land, the United States of America, you have no jurisdiction over anyone.
Furthermore, May 4th of 2020, President Donald J Trump finalized the bankruptcy for the US CORPORATION INC. and at the bottom of that document it says "Any willful dishonoring and/or non-settlement of the United States commercial public debt obligation matters by any duly bound commercial business entity within the United States will result in federal prosecution to the fullest extent possible."
